Introduction

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Tikitaka including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets. They apply to offers delivered via the Tikitaka website, email newsletters, SMS messages and on site notifications. In the event of a conflict with the General Terms and Conditions, these Bonus Terms shall prevail to the extent of the promotion.

General provisions

• Eligibility and verification All bonuses are offered to fully verified accounts and the Company may refuse a bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per customer Each bonus is limited to one per person home address payment method and device. The Company may suspend or withdraw a bonus at any time.

• Cancellation and thresholds A bonus may be cancelled automatically if the bonus balance falls to or below the equivalent of 0.05 on casino bonuses or 0.50 on sports bonuses in the currency of play.
• Early withdrawal If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements the bonus amount and generated winnings may be removed from the balance and the withdrawal may be restricted.
• Prohibited activities The Company may deem certain play patterns irregular and reserves the right to suspend cancel or reclaim bonuses.
• Territory restrictions Some territories are excluded from promotions; eligibility is defined in the specific promo terms.
• Error credits If a bonus is credited by mistake the Company reserves the right to cancel it.
• Non transferability Bonuses free spins and free bets are not transferable or refundable.

Casino bonuses

Casino bonuses may be offered for specific gaming service providers or specific slots or casino titles; only wagering on the selected games counts toward the wagering requirement. The minimum bet while a bonus is active is 0.50 EUR 0.50 USD 0.75 CAD 0.75 AUD 0.75 NZD or currency equivalent and the maximum bet is 5.00 EUR 5.00 USD 7.50 CAD 7.50 AUD 7.50 NZD or currency equivalent per spin or bet. Minimal risk bets do not count toward wagering requirements and may lead to confiscation if detected. Delaying a game round to complete wagering or to deposit while wagering is active is prohibited.

Sports bonuses

For a sports deposit bonus the maximum bet while the active bonus equals the amount of the deposit used to trigger the bonus. Bets placed must meet conditions to count toward wagering; further specifics are defined in the promotion terms.

No deposit and free spins

No Deposit Freespins and Free Bets may be awarded to players who have not previously deposited; a minimum deposit and wagering of 3 times the deposit amount is required before withdrawal unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Bonus validity and expiry

Bonuses are valid for seven days after credit unless stated otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the bonus period all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are void. The bonus balance may be automatically cancelled when it reaches 0.05 or less for casino bonuses or 0.50 or less for sports bonuses or the equivalent in other currencies.

Cancellation and withdrawals

If a player withdraws before completing wagering requirements the bonus amount any generated winnings and any wagered amount will be deducted from the account balance. A player may cancel a bonus but should be aware that the bonus and winnings will be removed and the wagered amount counted against the balance.

Other countries may be excluded from some promotions; check the specific promo terms for eligibility.

Miscellaneous

If a prize is not operable due to technical geographic or legal restrictions Tikitaka does not guarantee compensation. Redemption or refunds of promotions credits is at the sole discretion of the Company. The terms may be updated or changed by Tikitaka at any time and without notice; continued promotion participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the same jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
